Corning, the firm which makes Gorilla Glass, has just announced the arrival of its latest product - although it did not say if it will be used on the iPhone 7.
The imaginatively-named Gorilla Glass 5 has undergone "rigourous lab tests" which show it "survives drops onto rough, unforgiving surfaces up to four times better than competitive glass designs".
