Euro 2016: Gareth Bale wears inflatable trousers as he prepares to help Wales fight for a place in the semi-finals
GARETH BALE is preparing to lead the Wales challenge for a place in the Euro 2016 semi-finals - by wearing inflatable trousers.
Real Madrid ace Bale played a key role in helping his country into the quarter-finals by beating Northern Ireland 1-0 in Paris on Saturday.
But with a last eight clash against either Belgium or Hungary next up, Bale has been quick to get the work in to ensure he is in peak condition.
And that meant a recovery session in a pair of inflatable trousers to ensure he got all the lactic acid out of his system from the exerts at the Parc des Princes.
They work by increasing the circulation of blood around the body and helping it recover from any fatigue there may be following a match.

And Wales need to make sure they do everything they can to have their star man available as they continue their brilliant Euros campaign.
Bale is joint-top scorer in the competition with three goals from the first three group matches, and he played a key role in the winning goal against Northern Ireland.
After the match he also won over the hearts of football fans everywhere with an impromptu display of being a family man as he played around on the pitch with his daughter Alba.
