Arsenal transfer news: Gunners face fight with Galatasaray for Man City defender Jason Denayer
Arsene Wenger prepares move to ease defensive crisis... but Belgian is said to favour a move back to Turkey on loan

ARSENAL will have to fight it out with Galatasaray for Manchester City defender Jason Denayer.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been interested in the 21-year-old all summer.
And after injuries to centre-backs duo Per Mertesacker and Gabriel during pre-season, he is preparing to a bid to bring the youngster to the Emirates to ease his defensive crisis.
Denayer, however, spent last season on-loan with the Turkish giants and Gala are keen to bring him back.

The club’s sporting director, Levent Nazifoglu, confirmed that they have already held talks with City chiefs over the move.
Nazifoglu said: “Talks have been positive. There is a good chance Denayer will return.”
Despite Arsenal’s interest, the player himself is believed to favour a move back to Galatasaray in a similar loan deal.
He has been told by City manager Pep Guardiola that he does not feature in his plans at the Etihad this season.
They are believed to be willing to sell the young Belgian on a permanent basis for £12million.
