CARLO ANCELOTTI has become the first manager to take charge of seven teams in the Champions League.
The Italian took his place in the home dug-out at the Allianz Arena last night for the first time on the European stage as Bayern Munich ran out 5-0 winners over Rostov.
Ancelotti is the most successful manager in the competition’s history with three victories.
He famously won the Champions League twice with AC Milan and once Real Madrid — but who else has he managed?

Parma — 1997-98
Parma qualified for the Champions League after Ancelotti led them to within two points of a first-ever Serie A title.
The likes of Gianluigi Buffon, Lillian Thuram, Fabio Cannavaro, Dino Baggio and Hernan Crespo held their own in the group stage.
But finished runners up to holders, Borussia Dortmund, at a time when best second-placed sides progressed.
Juventus — 1998-99 and 2000-01
A rare blotch on Ancelotti’s copybook.
He led Juventus to a staggering seventh-place finish and a Champions League semi-final collapse against Manchester United in his first season.
Upon returning to Europe’s top table after blowing a five-point lead to finish second behind Lazio in 2000, Juventus went out in the group stage.
AC Milan — 2002-03 to 2007-08
It was back at his old stomping ground where Ancelotti made his mark in management.
Having won the trophy twice as a player, he replicated that achievement as boss of the club with victories in 2003 and 2007.
Under his stewardship, Milan were the most feared team in Europe as they also reached a quarter-final, semi-final and final in a sensational five-year stretch.

PSG held their own in the Champions League — topping their group with five wins.
They beat Valencia in the last-16, but were eliminated — without losing — by Barcelona.
Real Madrid — 2013-14 and 2014-15
Won the coveted ‘Decima’ in his first season, and routed holders Bayern Munich 5-0 on aggregate in the semi-finals.
Despite winning the clubs first Champions League title for 12 years, he would only last one more season.
A semi-final defeat to Juventus in 2015 was deemed unacceptable.
