Bayern Munich striker Thomas Muller hints he could leave Bundesliga giants in search of ‘attractive new challenge’
German has spent his entire career with the Bavarians and has been linked with a switch to Manchester United in the past

THOMAS MULLER has hinted he could leave Bayern Munich should an "attractive challenge" appear.
The World Cup-winner has spent his entire career with the Bavarians, having made his professional debut nearly ten years ago.
Muller, 28, has been regularly linked with a move to Manchester United, but was never tempted enough to leave.
However, asked whether he would be interested in something new, he told : "Another task would certainly be interesting and attractive.
"If the situation is different, a lot can happen.
"Basically, it is very difficult to get away from Bayern. Currently I have no thoughts to do something else."

Muller became a first team regular at Bayern under Louis van Gaal in the 2009-10 season, helping the club reach a shock Champions League final.
He played in two more over the next three seasons, winning the trophy in 2013, as part of a Treble, while also claiming seven Bundesliga titles.

Muller also won the World Cup with Germany in 2014 and is hoping to retain that trophy in Russia this summer.
He sat out the shock 2-1 defeat to Austria last night but is expected to feature in the next warm-up friendly against Saudi Arabia.
