STRICTLY Come Dancing star Ore Oduba revealed he had his first panic attack before appearing on Loose Women.
The TV presenter, 36, opened up about his battle with anxiety during a very honest interview on the ITV show.
He explained that he was struck with a panic attack before his previous appearance - saying it prompted him to talk to his wife Portia about his issues.
Ore, speaking to Loose Women as part of its Stand By Your Men campaign, said: "That was the first one I had literally the day before I was on the show.
"I actually only told Portia because I was going to be on national television the next day and there was a very good chance we might talk about mental health and the fact that only 24 hours earlier I had this panic attack.
"The last thing you want is for your wife to find out you were having a bit of trouble on air."
Denise Welch, 63, asked if his anxiety attack was caused by getting overwhelmed by his forthcoming appearance on Loose Women and he replied: "Yeah.
"Before coming on here we knew we were going to talk about the idea that we have our four-month old. We have our four-year-old at school right now.

"The idea that we're parenting apart - it's such a provocative subject because so many couples are doing it. Or not couples, separated parents.
"That idea of parenting separately is so common around the country. We've found it very hard, it's fair to say."
Referring to his daughter he said: "Genie was born in October. We had about two weeks of me being at home then doing the tour then pretty soon after that I was gone.
"We were struggling around and then it got to the point that it was going to bubble. Then it bubbled over."
