Myleene and Jordan were on the yellow team, competing against Toff and Andy on the green team, with the losing team set to be sent packing.

The trial, Gold Rush, saw the quartet tasked with finding gold nuggets buried inside mine shafts.

The Corrie legend and the ex-Made In Chelsea star struggled to find gold nuggets hidden in the wall and were ultimately beaten by their rivals.

But some unhappy fans have suggested that the nuggets "weren't the same size" for Toff and Andy.

While others didn't think it was "fair" that the trial was the method used to send celebs home, rather than a public vote.

One viewer wrote: " Catching up on last night's I'm A Celeb and I can't be the only one that thinks that trial wasn't equally fair.

"There's no way they had the same amount and same size nuggets as the others when they weren't finding them when they were looking in the same kind of holes."

Another posted: "How the f*** was that even remotely fair. ALSO THO THE WAY THEY WALKED BACK INTO CAMP ALL SMUG P***** ME OFF like. That's so insensitive to the other team."

A third said: "If the yellow team win this trial, it’s a fix, I don't care."

A third tweeted: "The whole point of an All Star series of a show is the public get to decide who their ultimate champion is. The fact that the show isn’t live doomed it in the first place. Toff going out had made me stop watching. Well done."

"It is a bit unfair the way they are deciding who goes home. It's so much better with public deciding... Joe and Dean need to do a little show of their own," another disappointed viewer added.

The Sun have contacted ITV for comment.

Toff and Andy left the South African camp immediately after losing the trial.

Toff said: “I am covered in gunk! This is not exactly how I planned any graceful exit but it’s just been amazing.”

While Andy added: “I found it tough but there are so many people they could have asked back so we should be honoured.”

Many viewers were gutted to see two fans favourites go.

One wrote: "Oh, Toff and Andy are leaving."

Another posted: "Toff and Andy Whyment out already, meaning that the green team never won a single picnic. They may as well have just given the picnics to Dean Gaffney's tribe."

A third said: "That’s a shame Toff and Andy are out."
