Her co-star Alison, 48, showcased her curves in a tight black dress which she teamed up with a coordinating cape.

Lizzie Cundy put on a breathtaking display in a red dress as she departed The News Building ahead of the event.

Piers Morgan, whose TalkTV show is nominated in the TV Interview category, slummed it on the tube in the sweltering heat.

Comedian Joel Dommett is once again hosting the awards, having replaced David Walliams in 2021.

The ceremony starts at 8pm, and voting closed on midday today.

Polished celebs from the world of telly glided along the carpet in their finest while twirling for the flashing cameras.

ITV's This Morning will be hoping to overcome a year that saw long-time host Phillip Schofield step away from his role.

The hit ITV program is taking on Loose Women, The Chase and The Repair Shop in the Daytime category, while Alison Hammond will be hoping to be named best TV presenter.

Sadly, not all the stars nominated for awards will be at the ceremony, with both the late Paul O'Grady and Dame Deborah in the running to be posthumously recognised for their respective TV projects before their death.

It’s a nearly three-hour ceremony, with the live broadcast concluding at 10.30pm. The event will also be live-streamed via the ITV Hub.

There will also be lots of individual clips of key moments throughout the night posted to the National Television Awards’ official social media channels.
