Holly - who welcomed her first baby with footballer husband Jacob Blyth this summer - took to her Instagram Stories to re-post grabs of a video she uploaded recently.

It shows the MTV star in a black gym jacket and neon pink leggings as she jumps around attempting to make her little boy laugh.

The star is regularly praised for showing off her "real" body - including candid snaps of her cellulite.

Holly previously told how her bum had "quadrupled in size" during her pregnancy.

Yet this time around, she explained how her phone had been pinging with negative notifications.

In a candid text post, she wrote: "For some reason this video that's been up for almost a week must've hit the explore page yesterday.

"I'm unsure why but it has hit the wrong side.

"I have never in the 13 years of doing this had so much abuse about the way I look in one hit.

"Last night was comment after comment and today I've woken up to 55 more."

She added: "At this point it's like what do I even do?

"Do I need to put myself through more surgery to fix this? That terrifies me now knowing I have a child that needs me.

"It could go wrong and I could look worse.

"Do I genuinely look that abnormal?

"I know I hate the way my hips and bum look and the jacket I'm wearing is size six so it's exaggerating my waist but I've been trying so hard to just accept it because this is a consequence of the choices I made at 22."

Continuing her emotional message, Holly put: "I'm currently still six months postpartum and gained 50lb - the weight gain was all in my hips and bum.

"I have about another 18lb to go before I get to a point where I know my hips and bum will decrease in size.

"But that weight is really hard to stick to all year around.

"Why can't people just see the video for what it is - a mother making her baby laugh?

"That's all it is. And they wonder why I got the surgery in the first place because of the relentless comments about my appearance.

"It's just so ironic."

The star has previously revealed she forked out £30K on cosmetic surgery - but ruined her body and regretted it all.

Her husband Jacob was quick to defend her as he wrote alongside her video: "Nearly 2024 and people still comment negatively online about someone’s appearance.

"What do you think drove her to get the surgery in the first place 10 years ago? Online abuse…like this. Do better people."

Meanwhile, back in June, Holly announced they'd welcomed a baby boy into the world in a statement on her Instagram Story.

She told fans the tot's unique name in a sweet Instagram post and revealed her abs just a week after giving birth.

Holly penned: "He's here! We're doing amazing. Little hospital update will be on my blog tomorrow morning.

"Huge thank you to the incredible staff at Wythenshawe Hospital. I couldn't have wished for a better birth experience.

"Just enjoying our little baby bubble."

The star first revealed she was expecting a baby with National League footballer Jacob in January.

After the tot's arrival, Holly was quick to show off her tiny waist just eight weeks after giving birth.
