Six housemates battled it out in tonight's live final as hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best returned to announce the results.
Upon hearing his name called out, Jack reacted in typically understated fashion with a simple raise of the eyebrows and a casual "wow".
The fitting moment was compared to an iconic Alan Partridge clip in which the fictional radio presenter shrugs his shoulders in nonplussed fashion.
Others appreciated the low-key nature of the celebration.
One person wrote on X: "Jack’s reaction to winning is giving the same energy as my Dad’s texts."
Another said: "Love Jack's laid back reaction to winning #CBBUK at least he's consistent."
A third posted: "Jack's reaction to winning being 'wow'."
Donna Preston, JoJo Siwa, Chris Hughes, Jack, Chesney Hawkes and Danny Beard went head-to-head in the series closer.
Angellica Bell, Patsy Palmer and Ella Rae Wise narrowly missed out on a place in the final in a triple eviction on Tuesday.
The first contestant who said goodbye tonight and left in sixth place was Love Island star Chris, 32.
He was followed by The One And Only hitmaker Chesney, who took the fifth spot.
While Comedian and actress Donna was voted out in fourth.
The remaining housemates had a tense wait to find out who had bagged themselves third spot.
AJ and Will spoke to the house again and revealed JoJo Siwa had been evicted and was leaving in third place.
The wait was finally over and as the final two nervously waited, it was announced that Jack had WON, and Danny was the runner-up.
CBB fans raced to social media to share their delight over the result.
One fan said: "Congrats Jack! Dark horse and dry sense of humour has won it."
Another added: "Yaaaaaaay!!! Our favourite tea drinker Jack has won!!!! Someone give him a brew."
Others weren't so impressed by the surprise result.
One CBB fan said: "Nah Jack did not deserve that win. Contributed zero to the house."
Another added: Wtf! #Jack is most definitely not a deserving winner of #CBBUK!
"This was made possible just by Corrie fans, just so gutted for @thedannybeard."

Jack shared: “I can honestly say I’ve loved it, literally just the time of my life…”
While Danny said: “You guys have been so amazing to me, and I cannot wait to go home and watch this on repeat.”
JoJo told her fellow housemates: “I’ve felt so beautifully included, accepted and so I just want to say a big thank you for everyone being a little different piece of my pie…”
Chris shared an emotional sentiment saying: “I love every single one of you individually; a dysfunctioning, functioning family, that’s what we are…”
The housemates danced the night away after an emotional evening.
For one last time, Big Brother said, “Good night, celebrity finalists.”
It's been a wild ride for the 13 housemates who walked through the doors three weeks ago.
Former MP Michael Fabricant became the first evicted housemate.
This was followed by talk show host Trisha Goddard, who exited second.
Not long after Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke was removed from the show for "inappropriate behaviour".
The Sun revealed the Oscar-nominated actor faces a huge cut to his CBB pay cheque after his controversial antics in the house led to his early exit.
The Wrestler star could see his fee reduced from £500,000 all the way to £50,000.
Mickey agreed he would leave the Big Brother house after an altercation with fellow housemate Chris Hughes, 32.
The actor squared up to the Love Island star following a misunderstanding during the weekly shopping task.
Mickey was also heard making a sexual remark to Towie’s Ella Rae Wise, 24.
After being reprimanded by Big Brother, the actor admitted he had been out of line and was sorry.
Despite his apology, Mickey was still asked to leave the house immediately.
Olympic athlete Daley Thompson said goodbye to the house in third position.
Upon his exit, he warned Ella Rae Wise that due to Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa reality TV pasts, there were likely "playing a game".
Chris and JoJo's close friendship has become hotly discussed both in and out of the house.
The pair have continued to confuse fans as they have grown closer and closer
Chris and JoJo instantly bonded after becoming housemates.
It comes as a source told The Sun: “JoJo and Chris have been the talking point of the series, with the ‘will-they won’t-they’ narrative.
“Even if it’s purely platonic, as they claim, fans are convinced Kath must be furious about the endless physical contact, at least.
As the pair's friendship has developed, they have been seen sharing a bed, writing secret messages on one another, and cuddling on the sofa.
Chris has even offered to have JoJo's babies, despite the singer having a partner on the outside.
Despite Ella being confident that JoJo and Chris were "gameplaying", the Towie star fell victim to Tuesday's Triple eviction.
First to go was TV presenter Angellica Bell, who was evicted in fourth place, followed by Essex star Ella, in fifth and EastEnders icon Patsy Palmer in sixth place.
Actress Patsy left fans cringing during her awkward exit interview after she refused to answer a question on Mickey and her cooking.
While Angellica and Patsy finally addressed their feud and said they clashed because they were "very similar" and "more like sisters".
