OUR Girl fans are convinced ANOTHER original character will be killed off in a brutal season four twist.
Season four will see Michelle Keegan depart after four years of playing Georgie Lane, but fans fear Fingers (Sean Ward) will meet a grisly end as well.
In Tuesday's episode, the character discussed his plans for a honeymoon in Lanzarote after his recent wedding, but many felt their was an ominous undercurrent to his words.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: "Jeez, with dialogue like Fingers is definitely going to die this series."
Another added: "It really does look like they're killing Fingers and I'm not having that.
Sean has been part of the cast since the show began in 2013, and viewers were freaking out at the thought of his character being killed off after all this time.
Another fan tweeted: "Fingers is the only original left & I swear to god if they kill him off I'll hit the roof."
A fellow viewer added: "Not been funny but are they setting this up for fingers to die?"
The show has never been afraid to kill off popular characters, with Georgie and viewers alike being left heartbroken at the end of season three when her fiancé Elvis (Luke Pasqualino) died in an explosion.
Last night's episode opened with Georgie dreaming about her lost love, with the couple sharing a steamy kiss.
