Alicia Douvall offers words of advice to Chantelle Houghton over £16k lip filler addiction on This Morning
Model spoke about the permanent damage reality star could be causing with her lip obsession
FORMER surgery addict Alicia Douvall has told Chantelle Houghton to put a stop to her lip filler addiction immediately before she causes permanent damage.
The model is known for the numerous plastic surgery procedures she has undergone over the years but last month stunned fans with a more natural look.
After speaking out about her own regrets going under the knife, Alicia was keen to advice reality star Chantelle, 32, after she admitted to being addicted to lip fillers.
Speaking on Tuesday's This Morning via video link as Chantelle sat with hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, Alicia said: "Stop now and work on yourself.
"I have so much empathy for you as I was in that situation, it's so easy to get caught up in that chain and that addiction, one thing leads on to another."

Alicia has also had lip fillers in the past, and knows exactly what the damage can be, which she was quick to share with the Celebrity Big Brother winner.
She said: "You can have nerve damage, it’s weight in your lips, I had to have two lip lifts and have a scar under my nose and that’s permanent.
"Half my lip doesn’t work. It can cause permanent damage."
As Chantelle - who admitted to spending close to £16,000 on injections in an exclusive chat with The Sun - listened intently to her advice, Alicia told her to focus on her self-confidence rather than her pout.
She said: "I just think work on yourself, work on your self-confidence and find out who Chantelle is again.
"Go and get hobbies, and I know it’s a long term process as it took me many years to get in a good place where I am now, but it’s a lot cheaper, it’s a lot safer and I’m a lot happier going down this road than I ever was on the surgery road."
When Eamonn and Ruth asked what Chantelle thought of Alicia's advice, she admitted it her words had hit home.
She said: "I feel a bit stupid now as what she has just said is absolutely true, I agree with her.
Earlier in the interview, Chantelle admitted being thrust into the limelight on the 2006 series of Celebrity Big Brother was a big part of why she was obsessed with how she looks.
She said: "I know for one if I had never gone on Big Brother I would never have had a boob job , I wouldn’t be having lip fillers.
"I’m not blaming that, you know I’m so grateful for the opportunity it created I mean it’s 10 years but probably yes it is part of it but I just like them."
