She is a French model currently signed to Elite Model Management: New York, Women Management: Paris, and Women Management: Milano.

The couple made their red carpet debut on September 29, 2021, when they attended the premiere of Maggie Gyllenhaal's directorial debut, The Lost Daughter.

"My sister grabbed her, pulled her on that red carpet, which I think neither of us are really inclined to, you know, go on – even me," Gyllenhaal told .

Despite walking the red carpet separately, they attended the event together, with Cadieu sitting by her beau's side to celebrate his nomination for his performance in the play, Sea Wall/A Life.
