Alexina was born in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, and spent years training in ballet before turning to the catwalk.

She now lives in New Jersey, US, and also enjoys strutting of a different kind — hiking in the hills.

She posted a snap on Instagram of a recent climb and urged others to follow suit.
