MODEL Gisele Bundchen shows the benefits of healthy eating — before she brings out her own cookbook.
The Victoria’s Secret model, 43, posed in a bikini for fashion brand Calzedonia as she announced her collection of recipes, called Nourish.
It will be out in March.
Gisele said: “I am so excited to announce my new cookbook, Nourish.
“People are always asking me what I eat and how I stay fit.
"Great food is something I am passionate about, and it is vital for living a healthy lifestyle.

“In Nourish, I share my family’s favourite simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes and some self-care rituals that help me so much in my life especially as a busy, working mom."
Gisele split from her American football player husband Tom Brady, 46, last year after 13 years of marriage.
Speaking after the split, Gisele told Vanity Fair: “Sometimes you grow together; sometimes you grow apart.
“When I was 26 years old and he was 29 years old, we met, we wanted a family, we wanted things together.
