Shilpa Shetty unrecognisable in throwback picture with Shah Rukh Khan in Bollywood debut 30 years ago

ACTRESS Shilpa Shetty stunned fans as she appeared alongside her first co-star Shah Rukh Khan in a picture taken in the 90s.

The star - who is gearing up for the release of her new film "Sukhee" -is the picture of youth and radiance in the tantalizing throwback shot.

Shah - also in the picture - starred with Shilpa in her first ever movie "Baazigar" and she partly credits him for her success in Bollywood.

She told :

"Today look at me I am doing the biggest series, I have just finished filming a movie, I am doing a multilingual movie, I have nothing to complain about.

Although Shilpa has mainly appeared on screen in India she became famous in the UK for an explosive row during her stint on Celebrity Big Brother.

The row - which included racist comments directed at Shilpa - was so shocking that it led to Ofcom complaints soaring to more than 40,000.

Despite the comments, her Big Brother appearance wasn't all bad as she ended up being crowned the winner and walking away with £100,000.
